How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on email.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Delhi, India.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
Delhi, UP, Haryana
Standard: 4 to 6 business days
Express: 6 to 8 business days
Rest of India
Standard: 7 to 10 business days
Express: 4 to 7 business days
North East India
Standard: 12 to 14 business days
Express: 10 to 12 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available at checkout with a small additional charge.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try our best to help. Please email us as soon as possible with your order details.
Can I modify my order?
If the order hasn’t been processed, we can cancel it so you can place a new one with the correct details.
Packaging & Safety
Will my candles arrive safely?
We take packaging seriously. All candles are packed with protective cushioning and sturdy boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Returns & Issues
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll make sure to resolve it quickly.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, products bought on sale or discount are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order.
Candle Care & Product
What are Mumbetti candles made of?
Our candles are made using pure soy wax that are clean, safe, and long-lasting.
What kind of wicks do you use?
We use cotton wicks for a clean and even burn.
How can I make my candle last longer?
- Let the wax melt evenly on the first burn
- Trim the wick before every use
- Avoid burning for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time
When should I stop using the candle?
Stop burning when about half an inch of wax remains.
Can I reuse the jar?
Yes. Once the wax is finished, clean the jar and reuse it for storage, decor, or plants.

Do you offer bulk or gifting options?
Yes, we do. Perfect for weddings, events, and corporate gifting.
Can I customise candles?
Yes, we offer custom labels, fragrances, and packaging for bulk orders.
