Delivery Timelines

Delhi, UP, Haryana
Standard: 4 to 6 business days
Express: 6 to 8 business days

Rest of India
Standard: 7 to 10 business days
Express: 4 to 7 business days

North East India
Standard: 12 to 14 business days
Express: 10 to 12 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on email. Delivery partners will usually attempt delivery up to three times.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

Payment Options

We accept UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and cash on delivery.

Returns

We offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please email us at admin@mumbetti.com with your order details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos. We will look into it and sort it out.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you can return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it has been approved.

If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, the amount will be transferred to your bank account, so please ensure your details are updated.

It may take a few days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
